Converting Books into Digital formats

books will need to be converted to digital for a variety of reasons.

Process

The book is first scanned and the converted using OCR software. One it is in this digital format a DTP expert can layout the book in any format using Pagemaker or other DTP program. Finially it can be converted to PDF or HTML for publication on the web.
